Clover Technologies is a 13 year old organization. The Clover group has interests in various business areas such as Information Technology, Real Estate Development, Infrastructure, Renewable energy, etc. The Information Technology business has been operating in the names of Clover Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Our business is growing – both in terms of geographies and lines of business. We are happy to announce that with effect from 1st April 2008, all the Information Technology related business will be consolidated under the name of Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Strategically this step will help us achieve our target of accelerated revenue growth, streamline our accounts, regulate statutory compliances and increase our potential for inorganic growth and ensure we live up to the Clover way of doing things right.

This business consolidation will enhance our focus on our corporate goals and ensure superior service all around. However, our relationship with our stakeholders namely clients, employees and vendors will remain undisturbed and as solid as before.

New Enhancements:

This means you get the same on-time deliverables, the same fast, responsive service, and the same dedication to excellence that you’ve come to rely on from Clover Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This change will help us serve you better and focus on our business goals. This will not in any way, affect our service internally to employees or externally to clients.

You’ll notice our name change soon on all of our mailings, packaging, invoices, and promotional materials. It’s still the same great company, just with a new name.
Remember: Clover Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is now Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd (A group company of Clover Technologies Pvt. Ltd.)

Q1.       How does this affect me?
A1.       It will not affect you as -

A2.       No it will not affect the service delivery (service deliverables) is any way.

Q3.       Will this affect my renewals?
A3.       No, it will not affect your renewals in any way.

Q4.       What happens to the email IDs I have of Clover Technologies?
A4.       All Clover Technologies email IDs will be redirected to Clover Infotech, however you are advised to change it to Clover Infotech. (abc@clovertechnologies.com will be changed to abc@cloverinfotech.com )

Q5.       What do I need to do to assist in the transition?
A5.       You would need to intimate your finance department and other concerned departments of the change in company name.

Q6.       What about the Purchase Orders?
A6.       All new purchase orders issued after 1st April 2008 should be issued in favour of Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd. All pending deliverables (from April onwards) will be handled by Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Q7.       Where will my invoices be raised from?
A7.       All invoices with effect from 1st April 2008 will be raised by Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Q8.       How do I issue TDS Certificates?
A8.       All TDS Certificates relating to transactions of FY 2007-08 will be issued is favour of Clover Technologies Pvt. Ltd (as the sales invoices are raised by Clover Technologies Pvt. Ltd.).With effect from 1st April 2008, the invoices will be raised by Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd. for all the existing as well as new contracts; the TDS Certificates should be issued in favour of Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Q9.       What documentation is required from my end?
A9.       We would not require any documentation from your end; however we would require a confirmation from your side on the receipt of this letter.
