Mr. Javed Tapia
Founder and Managing Director

Javed, an entrepreneur, is MBA from the Fuqua School of Business-Duke University, USA. He has over 18 years of experience in founding and steering a number of different ventures under the Clover Group of Companies, which has interests ranging from Information Technology to Real Estate Development, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy.

In 1999, Javed took an early lead in understanding the true potential of Linux & Open Source technologies. With a passion to launch a Linux revolution in the Indian market (which was then dominated by UNIX), Javed established a unit within Clover Infotech focused entirely on delivering best practices for Open Source technologies.

Javed is also the founder of Duke University's Fuqua Alumni Club in India and serves on the interview panel for prospective applicants to Fuqua School of Business. He is an active member of the Indian chapter of Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) that seeks to recognize young entrepreneurs in the country.

In 2000, Javed led Clover Infotech into a joint venture with Red Hat, Inc. He successfully grew operations of Red Hat India Pvt. Ltd. and served as the company's Director and then President for over five years. He is the Founder and MD of Clover Infotech.

Mr. Shrikant Navelkar
Sr. Vice President - Business Development

Shrikant is an engineer with more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology. A renowned specialist in Oracle Technologies, he has spent close to a decade in marketing and evangelizing Oracle products. Shrikant has core experience in managing large, complex international projects and bringing them to fulfillment. At Clover Infotech, Shrikant has served clients such as ABN Amro, Citibank and Ministry of Interiors, UAE, among others.

Currently, Shrikant leads a team that is responsible for new business development initiatives, identifying new geographies and new business areas for Clover Infotech.

Mr. Kunal Nagarkatti
Sr. Vice President – Business Solutions

Kunal has done his Electrical Engineering with an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS and has held various leadership positions during his illustrious career. He brings with him rich experience of more than 18 years in the IT industry across varied areas such as Sales, Delivery, IT Infrastructure and Quality Compliance. His previous assignment was as Chief Technology Officer with TechProcess Solutions Ltd, Mumbai.

Kunal is heading Clover Infotech's Business Solution team and thereby reaches out to enterprise clients (focusing on BFSI segment) addressing their consulting and business technology service needs.

Mr. Anjan Mukherjee
Vice President - Sales

Anjan has a rich experience of 25 years in all facets of Business Operations, Sales and Marketing in the IT and telecom industry. 

He has successful experience in setting up new operations, making organizations profitable and increasing market share for the organization. 

He heads multiple teams consisting of Inside Sales, Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.

Mr. Pankaj Dantwala
Chief Finance Officer

A qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, 1983 batch, has more than 25 years of experience in the field of accounts, audit and taxation across verticals. He possesses significant knowledge of corporate tax planning, corporate restructuring, treasury management and enterprise risk management.

He has also completed Diploma in Information Security Audit and Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management. He has undergone a CPA course in the USA.

Mr. Prashant Parab
Vice President - Professional Services

A qualified graduate from Mumbai University with a rich experience of 15 years in the Information Technology industry. He has exposure to technologies such as Informatica, Business Object and Integration tools like Weblogic Process Integrator. 

He handles a team that is responsible for delivering technology services on Oracle DBA, Oracle e-Business Suite and Middleware.

Ms. Elizabeth Paul
Vice President - Professional Services

Elizabeth is a qualified lawyer who has handled a variety of roles in her career so far. She has vast and versatile experience in the field of HR & Talent Development. She has handled the role of Head - Human Resources at Clover before taking up a line function. She heads a team which is responsible for delivering technology services on MS SQL DBA, Operating System Administration and IT Consulting. She also manages a team that takes care of Internal IT needs for the organization.

Mr. Deepesh Upadhye
Chief Architect & Head - Technology Solutions Group

Deepesh is a technology stalwart possessing more than 15 years of experience in the IT domain. He has mastered multiple technology suites & platforms among which he has been a diligent learner of Oracle technologies for over 12 years. In the process, he has led numerous Technology Projects - overseeing stages from requirement analysis, solution sizing, architecture and implementation - guiding them to successful completion.

He is heading the Clover Infotech Technology Solutions Group(TSG) and leads engagements with clients in the area of Enterprise Application Infrastructure. He is also spearheading Clover's foray into the Managed Services space and is always the first to venture into new technology areas. Being an avid people manager he works closely with his team members, consequently inspiring them to craft cutting edge solutions that create lasting business value for the clients.

Mr. Neelesh Kripalani
Assistant Vice President – Business Solutions

Neelesh has close to 15 years of industry experience, at various levels right from a Delivery Head to Software engineer planning and evolving applications. He has 6+ years of Experience in BFSI sector, delivering critical systems for the Retail & Corporate Banking, General & Life Insurance, Securities and Mutual Fund Houses.  

He has a Master's degree in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management studies. In his earlier stint in various organizations he has been responsible for setting up organizational structures, Creating Treasury and Cash Management Practices and managing key accounts. He was also responsible for formalizing and managing alliances with various partners such as Microsoft, Oracle, Tibco, etc.

Ms. Lakshmi Satyavarpu
Head - Human Resources

Around 10 years of experience in various aspects of the Human Resources function. She heads the HR function for the organization. Along with HR she also has a team that manages the Clover Academy - the learning centre for Clover Infotech.

Her professional interests centre on people management, counseling and training. She enjoys hiring talented professionals for Clover Infotech. She is an ardent animal lover and her dream is to start a shelter that takes care of abandoned, injured and stray animals. She would also like to get a professional qualification to work in the field of child development and support under privileged children.
