ISO 27001
ISO 27001 is a specification for an information security management system (ISMS). An ISMS is a framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical and technical controls involved in an organization's information risk management processes.
ISO 27001 provide a model for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving an information security management system.

ISO 20000
ISO/IEC 20000 is an international IT standard that allows companies to demonstrate excellence and prove best practice in IT management. The standard ensures companies can achieve evidence-based benchmarks to continuously improve their delivery of IT services.
