- Applications Management
Demonstrate functional understanding of business processes of Back office Application & modules Manage relationship between business stakeholders and vendor resources to oversee and apply change requests, updates etc. on relevant applications
- Has a detailed understanding of the underlying business processes supported by each of the application modules
- Provides input to the business and technical requirements
- Liaisons with business stakeholders and technology specialists to craft solutions that deliver business value
- Understands and uses ITIL framework for application management
- Solution Testing
Designs, develops, and manages test cases that outline the specific inputs and procedures to be followed when testing applications or solutions. Executes and document tests to assure software and technical environments meet functional and system performance and integration specifications (UAT, integration testing, and InfoSec assessment.).
- Develops test plans and test cases and scenarios independently, with minimum supervisor input
- Plans and coordinates testing cycles, and ensures that necessary testing infrastructure is in place
- Reviews testing deliverables and identifies gaps, issues and potential solutions
- Analyses potential system performance problems and makes recommendations to improve effectiveness
- Understands test automation concept, tools and technologies
