Responsible for all aspect of Employee on-boarding as mentioned below.  Managing team members and meeting the expected TAT.


  • Verifying required documents and Approval for Issuing of Offer
  • Verifying required documents and Approve for Onboarding
  • On-boarding includes
    • Completing the required onboarding documentation
    • Creation of e-mail credentials
    • Co-ordinate and complete all joining Induction
    • ID Card creation
    • Salary Account creation
    • Issuing and having Appointment Letter, NDA and Agreements completed by the new joiners
    • Initiating and completing BGV process
    • Providing Employee information to Payroll team for processing first salary
    • HR MIS


  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
