Job Description
1. Should have handled Accounts with IT organizations in the past
2. Must have delivery / Pre-Sales experience with a preference for Managed Services / App Support / Infra Support
3. Should have a minimum of 10 yrs of IT experience with about 2-3 years of relevant Account Management experience
DEP Candidate will be required to perform the following functions:
1. Directly responsible for connecting with Clients and improving relationship through CSAT scores
2. Handling critical escalations and accountable for fulfilling resource requirements
3. Managing risks through timely mitigations by connecting with delivery and COE (Center of Excellence) functions
4. Identifying newer opportunities and initiatives in their respective accounts
5. Accountable for improving margins and profitability
6. Interfacing with COE, Sales and Delivery for RFP responses
