Digital Marketing Manager

  • Design and oversee all aspects of Clover Infotech’s digital presence including Social Media, Email, and Website
  • Set targets to increase brand visibility and awareness
  • Develop creative and engaging social media calendar (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest)
  • Write and publish content for social media posts, email campaigns, website and blog
  • Coordinate with design team for creatives
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media channels
  • Manage budget for digital campaigns (primarily Facebook & LinkedIn) i.e. identify trends, derive insights, and optimize campaign performance based on the same
  • Plan and roll out direct email marketing campaigns, analyze performance and suggest improvements
  • Work with key stakeholders to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Engage with social media communities and manage online reputation of the brand by responding to posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, analyse and report on performance of digital initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of user engagement


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for B2B audience
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (especially Facebook & LinkedIn) and Google Analytics
