Job Summary
The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Clover Infotech’s IT services, focusing on Infrastructure and Application Services within the BFSI domain. This role requires a dynamic individual contributor with proven experience in IT services sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to domestic BFSI customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully manage IT services sales for Infrastructure and Application Services within the domestic BFSI sector (MANDATORY).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hunt for new clients and expand within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, executive-level customer relationships, demonstrating a proven track record in relationship management.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the IT services industry and effectively communicate complex technical solutions to clients.
- Drive business growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide thought leadership and stay updated on the latest industry trends, ensuring clients benefit from innovative solutions.
- Oversee all services provided to clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage financial aspects, including forecasting, budgeting, and achieving margin goals, demonstrating strong business acumen and P&L management skills.
