Co-ordination & Resolution of any Severity-1 issues
Investigation, diagnosis and analysis of incidents/problems (escalations)
Work with Onsite team and Bank staff on closure of incidents/problems (escalations)
Handle any technical escalations from L2 resources
Automation of Daily tasks and any other Admin tasks
Approving POA for any major database activities
Coordination with the application team if required and resolving critical database performance Issues
Review of Incident & Root Cause Analysis Report
Planning and coordination for any major planned activities
Defining and Adherence to processes
Managing Change control process if any
Implementing industry best practices for Oracle databases
Coordination and ensuring that the Documentation are in place
Perform database Capacity planning
Coordination with other vendors and teams for database issues/activities
Working in a proactive manner to ensure smooth running of business
Prioritize and address the issues/activities based on Criticality and Pain areas
