Job Description JOB PURPOSE:

Provide functional enhancement around ORACLE ERP Application for Customer in US
To work on enhancement/change request and deliver functional analysis for US instance to Technical developer and perform unit test
To implement the change aligned with user requirements by taking into account the constraints of cost with lower risk and feasible.
To provide functional analysis and enhancement for ORACLE ERP eBusiness Suite (EBS) for US customer
Review and analysis business need
Evaluate enhancement request for systems change
Collaborate with team in US for analysis and provide functional analysis to support the need of business
Study requirement and existing function/customization to propose for functional solution.
Follow enhancement procedure and deliver required documentation e.g. MD050, unit test
Engaging team to perform UAT and support for approval
Challenge on requirement and task priority
Maintain global ESSILOR standard for enhancement
Establish and maintain good relationship with US customer
Regular meeting twice at week with US team
Report and communicate task status by mail as routine
Report activity to the management
Collaborate with functional staff in other zones to share information
Manage related projects as per assigning from manager
Mid shift and night shift may request
