Job Description:

• Looking for a senior consultant with – Fusion Payroll and OTL module experience
• Must have experience in developing and supporting Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll and OTL modules
• Should have at least two end-to-end implementation as lead.
• Should be able to configure, documents and coordinate with other lead/team members as per project needs.
• Requires excellent written & oral communication skills to work directly with customers on tickets.
• Able to realistically estimate the requirements from an effort and cost perspective.
• Able to realize the development/requirement as per the technical specification provided.
• Adhere to all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines
