Job Description
1. To provide functional support for our WMOS applications (Manhattan WMOS, Oracle EBS WMS)
2. Assist users in case of question
3. Manage functional requests
4. Train users to keep the right level of skill
5. To organize audits of use of systems
6. Detect and collect issues
7. Implement action plan and coordinate actions
8. To manage enhancements in accordance with the procedures which apply in the department
9. Collect enhancements from users
10. Challenge the user requirements
11. Define priorities
12. Write functional specifications and coordinate developments with technical team
13. Test and train the users
14. Develop and manage test case and test management related to the application
15. Regularly communicate to the users the status of the enhancement
16. Report activity to the management
17. Collaborate with functional support in other zones/other application to share information
18. To Support the Project on Solution design and implementation based on assignment

Experience and hand on experience in Warehouse Management System (Manhattan WMOS will be an advantage)
