Job Description

  • Work with customers to ensure that services and service levels are able to deliver value
  • Establish formal complaints and escalation processes for the customer
  • Define Priorities for the Severity Issues and provide Recommendations and Resolutions for the
  • In case of Severity issues will coordinate with Onsite and Backend Clover support teams and ensure a speedy resolution
  • Coordinate for in-house Trainings and Orientation of onsite Clover team to deliver optimal performance
  • Review Best Practices across Database Support
  • Will be a SPOC between the Clover Support team and the Client
  • Plan for and ensure periodic Review Meetings with Client
  • Ensure Governance and Policies are Formulated and Implemented for Database Support
  • Engage with Client to understand and address their concerns related to Database support and take corrective actions
  • To review current Database Practices, provide Suggestions
