Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training that empowers trainees to interact with clients and teams.
  • Enhance the basic English communication skills of trainees who need improvement
  • E-Mail Etiquettes and drafting mail.
  • Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays, experiential learning and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training
  • Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback.
  • Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level.
  • Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
  • Improve employee skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate’s services
  • Excellent training delivery skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
