- Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training that empowers trainees to interact with clients and teams.
- Enhance the basic English communication skills of trainees who need improvement
- E-Mail Etiquettes and drafting mail.
- Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays, experiential learning and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training
- Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback.
- Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level.
- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
- Improve employee skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate’s services
