Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Techno Functional Analyst with in-depth knowledge of FinnOne LOS/LMS and GL Entries to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in working with FinnOne LOS/LMS, Collection module, and GL Entries in a Techno Functional capacity. This position requires a strong understanding of Vehicle Loans workflow management and expertise in handling GL Entries and Disbursement entries.

Key Responsibilities:

FinnOne LOS/LMS & GL Entries Expertise: The candidate should possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in handling FinnOne LOS/LMS and GL Entries. They should be well-versed in the functionalities of these systems and capable of providing technical and functional support.

Vehicle Loans Workflow Management: A good understanding of the workflow management involved in Vehicle Loans is essential. The candidate should be able to analyze and optimize loan processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

GL Entries and Disbursement: The candidate should have experience in working with General Ledger (GL) Entries and Disbursement entries. This involves handling financial transactions, reconciliations, and ensuring accurate recording of financial data.

DPD / NPA / Delinquency Ratio: Familiarity with loan delinquency parameters such as Days Past Due (DPD), Non-Performing Assets (NPA), and Delinquency Ratio is necessary. The candidate should be able to monitor and analyze these metrics to proactively address potential risks.

Payment Instruments / Accruals: Knowledge of various payment instruments and accrual processes is required. The candidate should be capable of managing payment-related activities and ensuring proper accounting for accruals.

Integration and Troubleshooting: Experience in integrating FinnOne applications with third-party apps like Email, Whatsapp, and SMS is desirable. The candidate should also possess troubleshooting skills to address any integration-related issues effectively.

Loan Termination Process: Understanding the loan termination process is crucial. The candidate should be aware of the necessary steps and documentation involved in loan closure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Techno Functional role with FinnOne LOS/LMS and GL Entries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Previous experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus.
