Roles and Responsibility:

• Understand the scope of work by discussing with respective stakeholders
• Agree on the Test scope, approach, deliverables and schedule
• Allocate resources for the work
• Review of resource progress (timelines, quality and process adherence)
• Review the utilization, DSR and implement improvements as needed
• Produce weekly consolidated reports for Management
• Ownership of monthly production RCA activities
• Ownership of Test Process adherence, not limited to Test delivery timelines, Test delivery quality, Test documentation quality, Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as suggested, Regression pack updates, Cross training of resources, Appropriate deployments and utilization of all testers, Impeccable test and defect management
• Banking Domain experience is a must.
