Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Agentic AI Developers with strong expertise in Python backend development, LLM integration, and AI-driven application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered solutions, building RAG pipelines, integrating enterprise LLMs into business applications, and deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate enterprise LLMs into business applications and workflows
• Build RAG pipelines and connect to internal data sources
• Develop AI agents and workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Design and develop backend APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Integrate AI services into web applications and microservices architecture
• Work with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and similar platforms
• Handle prompt engineering, response optimization, and AI guardrails
• Deploy AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Python backend development and AI engineering
• Strong expertise in Python programming and API development
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and embeddings
• Experience in building and deploying production-grade applications
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud deployment
• Knowledge of vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies

Good to Have:

• Experience in banking or financial services domain
• Exposure to agent frameworks and orchestration tools
• Basic frontend or web integration knowledge
• Experience with MLOps tools and AI monitoring solutions
