Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to drive our enterprise client engagements and orchestrate complex, multi-tower IT solutions. In this senior-level role, you will bridge the gap between technical delivery and sales, serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives across Managed Services, Cybersecurity, ServiceNow, and Oracle Suite engagements.
The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Practice Leaders, and Customers to identify business opportunities, define solution strategies, develop compelling proposals, and support large-scale transformation and managed services engagements across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, brings a strong background in IT services and consulting, and possesses the commercial acumen to lead large-scale RFx responses, defend technical proposals, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales & Solutioning

  • Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities for Managed Services, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Application engagements.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Spearhead client workshops, solution demonstrations, and oral defense presentations. Act as the primary technical authority during the sales cycle.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Legal teams to structure profitable deals, define Statements of Work (SOWs), and negotiate technical terms.
  • Work closely with internal technical practice leads (Oracle, Security, Cloud Infrastructure, and ServiceNow) to ensure proposed solutions are cutting-edge, feasible, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead and author technical and strategic responses for RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

2. Managed Services & Support Solutions

  • Design and position Infrastructure Managed Services offerings, including:
    • Cloud Operations
    • Data Center Services
    • Network Management
    • Database, Middleware, and Operating System (OS) Management
    • Application Managed Services
  • Develop support and service delivery models based on ITIL and industry best practices.
  • Define SLAs, KPIs, governance frameworks, and transition strategies.

3. Cybersecurity Solutions

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to design and propose:
    • Security Operations Center (SOC) services
    • Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
    • Vulnerability Management
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Security Assessments and Compliance Programs

4. Oracle Fusion & Oracle EBS Solutions

  • Support sales pursuits involving:
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
    • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
    • Upgrade, Migration, and Managed Services engagements
    • Participate in solution workshops and transformation roadmaps.
    • Develop modernization strategies and business cases for Oracle customers.

5. ServiceNow Solutions

  • Drive pre-sales activities for:
    • ITSM: IT Service Management
    • ITOM: IT Operations Management
    • ITAM: IT Asset Management
    • HRSD: HR Service Delivery
    • CSM: Customer Service Management
    • ServiceNow Managed Services
  • Work with delivery teams to define implementation and support approaches.

6. Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and business stakeholders.
  • Support account growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and participate in customer presentations.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience supporting large enterprise sales pursuits and managed services engagements.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, and security services.
  • Experience in creating executive presentations, solution documents, and commercial proposals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with global delivery and sales teams across multiple geographies.

Domain Expertise

  • Demonstrated deep functional and technical expertise in the following four pillars:
    • Managed Services: Extensive experience architecting Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), infrastructure operations, and comprehensive Application Management Services (AMS).
    • Cybersecurity: Strong understanding of modern security frameworks, Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and enterprise risk and compliance strategies.
    • Oracle Solutions: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architectures, migrations, and support models.
    • ServiceNow: Expertise in ServiceNow implementations, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and platform support strategies.
