Job Summary:
We are looking for an Application Support professional for the Banking Payments domain to manage UPI and API-based banking services, including integrations, production support, and compliance with NPCI and RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end UPI operations, including onboarding, certification, go-live, and production support.
Manage API integrations for fintechs, partners, and internal systems.
Coordinate with NPCI, vendors, and internal IT teams.
Monitor transactions and settlements, and resolve production incidents.
Ensure API security, system uptime, SLA adherence, and regulatory compliance.
Support audits, MIS reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
5–6 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of UPI architecture and NPCI guidelines.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API security.
Experience in the Banking and Digital Payments domain.
