Job Summary:

We are looking for an Application Support – Jocata professional for the Banking domain to support the Jocata Risk Management application. The role involves resolving production issues, managing data flows, and supporting middle-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve production issues related to the Jocata Risk Management application.
• Manage data flows across the application.
• Provide application support for middle-office operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in application support, credit risk systems, market risk systems, or financial/fintech operations.
• Proficiency in Linux, SQL, and data analytics.
• Understanding of credit risk assessments, AML regulations, and IRAC norms.
