Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant to join our Project Management vertical. The role involves leading Oracle EBS Financials implementation projects, gathering and managing business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective financial system solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules along with the ability to manage stakeholders, risks, and project deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Oracle EBS Financials implementation projects as per the project plan while guiding the team on both functional and technical aspects.
  • Ensure adherence to Secure SDLC processes during project execution.
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues, making informed decisions to mitigate or resolve them.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making at a senior management level using strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Work closely with department leads and stakeholders to gather and fulfil business requirements.
  • Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new ideas and improvements.
  • Provide regular status reports and performance updates against project/product roadmap, plans, and KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: MBA or related Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3–8 years in the IT industry with at least 2 Oracle Financials implementation projects as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financial modules including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA)
    • Project Accounting (PA)
    • Procurement & Purchasing
    • AGIS
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, and Oracle Workflows.
  • Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and Agile certification would be an added advantage.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
