Oracle Fusion Compensation Analyst II – Application Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Compensation Analyst to provide application support, manage enhancements, and drive system improvements for Oracle Fusion Compensation. The role involves supporting Compensation processes, planning releases and upgrades, configuring applications, managing integrations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver efficient HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and manage enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion Compensation.
  • Configure and support Compensation plans, salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Plan and execute releases, upgrades, patches, and application configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier-2 application support issues.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business requirements and design specifications.
  • Support integrations and manage data flow across HR systems.
  • Coordinate design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Ensure data governance, process standardization, and continuous system improvements.
  • Mentor team members and provide project status, risk, and issue reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Technology support experience.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR.
  • Experience with Compensation configuration, salary planning, bonus, and incentive programs.
  • Hands-on experience with HDL, Fast Formulas, Workflows, OTBI, SQL, Eligibility Profiles, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications and application support.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, ORC, Talent Management, Compensation, OLC, and Payroll.
  • Knowledge of HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), BPM Worklist, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Experience with vendor management and project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and continuous process improvement.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience within HR Technology support teams.
