We are a leading BFSI-focused IT Services and System Integration organisation headquartered in Mumbai, India, with a global footprint across APAC, the Middle East, and North America. We have recently established our Singapore office and are strengthening our regional presence to support our growing customer base.
Our strong capabilities across Application Services, Infrastructure Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and deep expertise with Oracle, Microsoft, and Red Hat form the foundation of our global delivery model. The Singapore business will be fully supported by our established practices and delivery teams in India.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Sales Director to drive our IT services business in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Services Sales, Business Development, and Account Management within Singapore and the ASEAN markets, ideally with early-career experience in project delivery or pre-sales.
The role requires a strong hunter mindset, the ability to independently drive sales cycles, and experience selling to BFSI and cross-industry enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to build a strong pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.
    • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across IT Services, System Integration, Cloud, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation offerings.
    • Engage CXO-level and senior stakeholders across BFSI and other industries to position the company as a partner of choice.
    • Drive sales initiatives around Oracle, Microsoft, and Red Hat solutions in coordination with practice leaders.
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including presentations, solution coordination, proposals, commercials, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Account Management & Customer Engagement
    • Build long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts in the region.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, technology landscape, and buying behaviour to drive cross-selling and upselling.
    • Maintain strong customer satisfaction through coordinated engagement with delivery and practice teams.
  • Market Penetration & Ecosystem Partnerships
    • Expand presence through partnerships with local System Integrators, OEMs, distributors, and technology alliances.
    • Leverage the company’s Oracle, Microsoft, and Red Hat partnerships to develop joint GTM plans for the region.
    • Identify and participate in industry events, forums, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with India-based delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to ensure high-quality solutions and customer experience.
    • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership and practice units.
    • Work with marketing teams to shape local campaigns, events, and lead-generation programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.
  • 15+ years of total IT industry experience, with a minimum of 8–10 years in IT Services Sales / Business Development within Singapore and the ASEAN region.
  • Experience selling to BFSI clients is preferred; cross-industry experience is also valued.
  • Early-career exposure to delivery, pre-sales, or solution consulting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud, Infra, Applications, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and SI offerings.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding revenue targets with a hunter sales mindset.
  • Experience working with or selling Oracle, Microsoft, or Red Hat technology services is a strong advantage.
  • Strong network of enterprise customers, OEMs, and technology partners in Singapore.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes in a fast-scaling environment.
