Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion PLM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, product lifecycle management processes, and engineering data management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product structures, BOM management, change management, lifecycle workflows, and integration with enterprise applications. Experience with PTC Creo, Windchill, and CAD–PLM integration will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle Fusion PLM.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM modules based on business needs.
• Manage product structures, BOMs, item master, change orders, and lifecycle workflows.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams for solution delivery.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion PLM and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work on product data management and CAD–PLM integration using Creo and Windchill.
• Assist in data migration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support activities.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and user documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and enhancements.
• Support reporting requirements using OTBI or BI Publisher.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion PLM (Cloud PLM), Creo, and Windchill.
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts including product structures, BOMs, lifecycle management, and change management.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, especially SCM or ERP modules.
• Knowledge of item master, product data modeling, approvals, and workflow configurations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations is preferred.
• Good understanding of CAD–PLM integration and product data management processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good to have experience with GoSaaS, Agile PLM, or PLM migration projects.
• Exposure to SQL, OTBI, or BI Publisher reporting tools is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering-driven industries will be an advantage.
• Oracle Fusion PLM or SCM Cloud certification is preferred.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
