• Test the Circumvention
• Raise CRs as needed, get approvals
• Implement the Circumvention
• Update Knowledge base
• Document and Close Incident
• Develop standard diagnosis methods
• Review & Consolidate case knowledge base
• Make standard diagnosis available
• Design Knowledge Base
• Manage ticket resolution with OEMs if required
• Derive and implement Self Service Methods
• Analyze the circumvention done
• Estimate the effort and communicate
• Make and Test the fix
• Ascertain config and other changes required
• Document the change details
• Raise CRs as needed for implementing the fix, get approvals
• Support Implementation
• Co-ordinate with OEMs for fixes wherever required
• Document component changes list
• Support software configuration management
• Conduct incident analysis
• Find root cause using standard methods
• Co-ordinate with Dev Team for RCA completion
• Document RCA findings , Develop standard RCA methods and register problem
• Support DR Drill and BCP activities
