Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Oracle ADF & BPM Developers to design, enhance, and support an automated invoice processing system. The role involves working with Oracle WebCenter, BPM, SOA, and Oracle EBS R12 to ensure smooth document processing, validation, and approvals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in workflow configuration, front-end customization, error handling, and system performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on end-to-end invoice processing lifecycle, from PDF capture to Oracle Payables integration.
  • Configure, customize, and enhance Oracle BPM workflows for invoice processing.
  • Develop and customize front-end forms using Oracle ADF for user interactions.
  • Manage and optimize Oracle WebCenter Capture and Forms Recognition for invoice automation.
  • Perform setup reviews and validations in Oracle SOA and EM Console.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze log files, and resolve application errors.
  • Implement enhancements and improve system efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with approval rules, invoice matching, and financial validation processes.
  • Handle deployment and configuration of SOA composites and BPM applications.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle BPM, ADF, SOA, and Oracle EBS R12.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable process, invoice lifecycle, and financial validations.
  • Expertise in Oracle BPM, Oracle ADF, Oracle WebCenter, Oracle SOA Suite, EM Console, and Oracle EBS R12.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvements.
