Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, and CM, with exposure to implementation, support, enhancements, and business process optimization. Knowledge of SLA, Project Billing/Accounting, and Fixed Assets will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EBS Financials.
• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Finance modules.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best-practice solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support upgrades, patch testing, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 6–10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, and CM.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes.
• Exposure to Oracle R12 environment.
• Preferred knowledge of:
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA) and Accounting Methods Builder (AMB).
  • Oracle Projects – Project Billing/Project Accounting.
  • Fixed Assets (FA) including depreciation, capitalization, transfers, and retirements.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Oracle Financials certification will be an added advantage.
