We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Consultant to support, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials applications. The role involves providing techno-functional support across core Finance modules, ensuring smooth financial operations, supporting month-end close activities, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvements through automation, process standardization, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials applications.
Support Oracle Fusion Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while performing root cause analysis.
Configure Oracle Fusion ERP Finance applications based on business requirements.
Assess the impact of configuration changes across sub-ledgers, SLA, General Ledger, and downstream systems.
Support ERP releases, patches, upgrades, regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
Execute and validate data imports and exports using FBDI and related tools.
Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
Collaborate with integration teams to support ERP and external system integrations.
Create functional documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
Provide Tier-2 user support and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent (MBA/CA preferred).
Minimum 6 years of Oracle Fusion Finance / ERP Application Support experience.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
Hands-on knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA), accounting rules, and journal flow to General Ledger.
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST APIs, and basic SQL.
Experience in ERP configuration, testing, production support, and issue resolution.
Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and SLAs.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Certification.
Experience with Finance data models and Oracle Fusion integrations.
Knowledge of automation, process optimization, compliance, and audit support.
Experience supporting post-release validations and critical production issues.
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
