We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end HCM implementations and will work closely with implementation partners to deliver robust HR solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle HCM best practices, a strategic mindset, and excellent project management skills to drive the success of complex HCM implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle HCM solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.), ensuring successful delivery across multiple phases.
Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to define requirements, translate them into system designs, and provide configuration solutions.
Take ownership of the project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing scope and change requests effectively.
Collaborate with implementation partners to align on project goals, facilitate communication, and resolve any functional or technical challenges.
Drive functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support for Oracle HCM solutions.
Provide guidance and training to junior consultants and client teams, fostering knowledge transfer and adoption of HCM best practices.
Ensure the solution aligns with business needs, legal requirements, and global HR policies.
Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM applications and provide advisory support to key business leaders.
Qualifications and Skills
10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, etc.).
Extensive experience managing full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support.
Strong expertise in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and integrating them with other business systems.
In-depth understanding of HR business processes, workflows, and industry best practices.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
