Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end HCM implementations and will work closely with implementation partners to deliver robust HR solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle HCM best practices, a strategic mindset, and excellent project management skills to drive the success of complex HCM implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle HCM solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.), ensuring successful delivery across multiple phases.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to define requirements, translate them into system designs, and provide configuration solutions.
- Take ownership of the project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing scope and change requests effectively.
- Collaborate with implementation partners to align on project goals, facilitate communication, and resolve any functional or technical challenges.
- Drive functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support for Oracle HCM solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to junior consultants and client teams, fostering knowledge transfer and adoption of HCM best practices.
- Ensure the solution aligns with business needs, legal requirements, and global HR policies.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM applications and provide advisory support to key business leaders.
Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, etc.).
- Extensive experience managing full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support.
- Strong expertise in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and integrating them with other business systems.
- In-depth understanding of HR business processes, workflows, and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
