Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Oracle EBS to lead and manage companywide ERP implementation and rollout programs. The role involves end-to-end program management of Oracle EBS implementations, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle EBS, project governance, stakeholder management, and ERP program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports in coordination with system integrator (SI) teams.
• Execute and monitor project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Present project status updates to stakeholders and implement project de-risking measures.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS implementation and rollout projects.
• Manage project deliverables, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage communication with program stakeholders including business teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Oversee ERP deployment activities, including:
  • Business process configuration
  • Documentation of As-Is and To-Be processes
  • Defining business rules
  • User interface configuration
  • Integration with external systems
  • User training and adoption
• Drive successful project delivery using strong program management methodologies.
• Manage IT and ITGC audits related to ERP systems.
• Coordinate with implementation vendors and ensure deliverables meet project objectives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E / MCA with 10–12 years of post-qualification experience.
• MBA in Finance or Systems is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation within the services industry.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS, especially Finance and Procurement modules.
• Strong project management, risk management, and program delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in entrepreneurial and unstructured environments.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies such as React.js, React Native, Redux, Flux, Webpack, and Enzyme is an added advantage.
