Harsh is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Clover Infotech. With a tenure spanning more than 15 years, he brings a wealth of seasoned experience in the corporate finance domain.

His proficiency, integrity, and innovative strategies have been instrumental in propelling our organization towards success. As a key member of the strategic management team, he actively shapes our financial strategy, spearheads growth initiatives, and upholds the utmost standards of fiscal responsibility and transparency.

Prior to joining Clover Infotech, he had an extensive stint with PwC, the second-largest professional services network in the world.  

Harsh is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has co-authored a book on Indirect Taxes and also served as a faculty member at a private coaching institute, where he used to deliver lectures on Accountancy and Taxation.
