Subham is the Head of Global Delivery at Clover Infotech. Subham brings 25 years of experience in IT services delivery across the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) space. He has worked on key assignments both in India and in the international markets. 

Subham is a subject matter expert in the capital markets space. He has managed and delivered IT services and solutions portfolio comprising multi-million-dollar revenue engagements and cross geographic teams. These engagements were in the realm of investment banking (equities, derivatives, and security services), retail and commercial banking Lines of Businesses (LoBs). He has been a key leader in shaping the delivery excellence at firms such as COSL, Virtusa/Polaris, ValueLabs, and Yash Technologies. 

Subham comes with proven capabilities in building teams, managing stakeholders’ expectations, identifying, and articulating business value, business growth, operational efficiencies, and architectural insights and execution. He has authored Project Specific ‘Agile Delivery Framework’ that has been extensively adopted in the organization that he has worked in. He specializes in onshore to offshore project transition, setting up ODCs, and executing both staffing and managed services engagements.

Subham is an engineer from the National Institute of Technology – Durgapur. He enjoys reading about the latest trends in banking technology and markets. He loves to cook and help with household chores during his free time.
