Suresh is Senior Vice President (SVP) at Clover Infotech. He brings extensive experience in Corporate Accounting & Finance, MIS, Audit, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Payroll, Legal agreements & Arbitration.

His dedication and expertise have been instrumental in ensuring healthy cash flows for our organization. His tireless efforts in connecting and engaging with procurement and finance teams of our key accounts have significantly contributed to ensuring timely collections. His negotiation and people skills have enabled the company to convert revenues into healthy cash flows, maintain Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) at the desired level, and keep receivables to the minimum. He strives to continuously improve processes. He has conceptualized solutions to automate critical processes in Oracle Financials used by the company to enable the Finance and Accounts team to focus on smarter and more analytical tasks as against redundant, repetitive, and rule-based ones.

Suresh also heads the Legal initiatives wherein he plays a vital role in ensuring timely collaboration with customers by seamlessly managing NDAs and legal contracts. He heads the payroll function too. With the Clover Infotech workforce being deployed across multiple client sites in various cities, he and his team aligns and co-ordinates with banks and the internal HR team to seamlessly manage salary rollouts.

Prior to joining Clover Infotech, Suresh has extensively worked with MNC’s and Private Limited Companies in the fields of IT Services & Product, Fintech, ATM Operations, and Oil & Gas.
