Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Consultant – Core Modules with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Core Modules. The ideal candidate will possess extensive exposure to Middle East payroll, proficiency in Fast Formulas, and a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations and support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and Middle East Payroll.
- Design and configure HCM solutions for multi-country organizations, ensuring compliance with local regulations (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, etc).
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas (Absence, Payroll, OTL).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Technical teams, to manage integrations, validations, and reporting.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, facilitate CRP sessions, and lead UAT, Go-Live, and post-production support activities.
- Act as a strategic advisor and mentor to junior consultants, supporting their professional development.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in at least 3–4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- In-depth expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, Middle East Payroll, and Fast Formulas.
- Strong understanding of region-specific payroll and benefits regulations (e.g., Gratuity, Pension).
- Hands-on experience with HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and client engagement skills.
