Job Summary:
We are hiring a Lead Consultant – Advanced Modules specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Learning, and Compensation & Benefits. This role involves leading solution design, ensuring successful delivery, and partnering with stakeholders on strategic HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of advanced Oracle HCM modules including Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management, Learning, and Compensation.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and reports.
- Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage change processes.
- Collaborate closely with Core HCM and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Stay current with Oracle’s product roadmap and proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations.
- Mentor junior consultants and promote adherence to functional best practices.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, including 3–4 full-cycle implementations of advanced modules.
- Strong functional expertise in ORC, Learning, Talent Management, and Compensation.
- Proficient in HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and understanding of functional integration points.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
