Job Summary:
We are looking for Oracle HCM Senior Consultants – Core Modules with strong hands-on experience in Core HR and at least two of the following: Absence Management, Middle East Payroll, Time & Labor (OTL), or Fast Formulas. The role involves active participation in all phases of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, from design to deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll (Middle East), or OTL.
- Develop and test Fast Formulas; manage data uploads using HDL and HSDL.
- Support clients through CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Prepare functional documentation, deliver user training sessions, and assist in production rollouts.
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing maintenance for HCM environments.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Expertise in Core HR and at least two of the following: Absence Management, Payroll (Middle East), OTL, or Fast Formulas.
- Strong understanding of Middle East payroll compliance and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and basic knowledge of integrations.
