Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultant – Advanced Modules with a strong foundation in Core HR and expertise in at least two of the following: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Learning, or Compensation & Benefits. This role is pivotal in delivering effective HCM solutions aligned with our clients’ strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support modules such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Talent, Learning, and Compensation.
- Lead design discussions, build functional documentation, and support testing activities.
- Collaborate with Core HCM and integration teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience with at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong configuration and functional knowledge in ORC, Talent, Learning, and Compensation modules, along with Core HR.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher, as well as HDL data uploads.
- Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
