3-5 years experience working in Oracle HCM Modules, Completed at least 2 to 3 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.
Proficiency in configuring various modules of Oracle Fusion HCM.
Having Competencies in Core HCM Modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits), and Advanced HCM Modules (Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management)
Nice to Have-Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools within Oracle Fusion HCM.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
