Position Overview:
As the Sales Director at Clover Infotech, you will be responsible for selling Oracle application services and solutions, primarily targeting businesses seeking Oracle Apps implementation and managed services. This is an individual contributor role, where you will leverage your existing relationships within the Oracle ecosystem to generate new business and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle applications sales, a well-established network of contacts within Oracle or smaller system integrators, and a proven track record in services sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Oracle applications (services/implementation) across North America.
  • Leverage existing relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, including current and former clients, to generate leads and expand revenue.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in organizations seeking Oracle implementation, upgrades, or managed services.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring effective follow-up and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design Oracle solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely deal closures.
  • Stay current on Oracle products, services, and industry trends to position Clover Infotech as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to Clover Infotech’s overall success.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on Oracle application services and solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in Oracle services and implementation sales.
  • Established relationships within the Oracle ecosystem and a solid understanding of Oracle’s offerings, including ERP, cloud, and enterprise applications.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and present tailored Oracle-based solutions.
  • Strong grasp of the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing.
