Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion MFG with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in implementing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Maintenance, Planning, Inventory, Costing, and PIM modules. The ideal candidate should have led multiple end-to-end implementations and must have a strong understanding of both discrete and process manufacturing processes. Industry-specific experience in HVAC or related sectors and familiarity with Middle East business practices are a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete Oracle Cloud implementations for Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Supply Planning modules tailored to specific industry requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand complex manufacturing processes and map them to Oracle MFG Cloud capabilities.
• Configure and customize Oracle MFG Cloud solutions, including standard and non-standard products.
• Design and implement extensions to accommodate unique manufacturing requirements such as Make to Stock, Make to Order, Assemble to Order, and Configure to Order.
• Provide detailed documentation including solution design, functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Drive data migration and data conversion from legacy systems using Fusion Data Migration tools.
• Conduct testing, training, and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and provide recommendations for enhancements and process improvements.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Design MFG and planning solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices, particularly in HVAC and manufacturing industries.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Oracle MFG Cloud, including:

• • Inventory Management

  • Manufacturing Process Flows: Make to Stock, Make to Order, Assemble to Order, Configure to Order, Plan to Procure

• Hands-on experience leading large-scale Oracle MFG ERP implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Fusion Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
• Solid understanding of Discrete and Process Manufacturing, with experience in industry-specific costing methods and accounting flows.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality implementations.
• Prior experience designing and configuring complex MFG & Supply Planning processes in alignment with client needs and industry standards.
• Familiarity with Middle East regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HVAC and related industries in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations is a strong plus.
