Senior Consultant (Oracle SCM Functional)

Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Oracle SCM Functional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in at least 3–4 of the following modules: Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Contracts, and PIM. The candidate should have led end-to-end implementation projects and possess deep understanding of both business processes and technical configurations within the Oracle SCM Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their business processes and provide Oracle SCM Cloud-based solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Configure and customize SCM modules, with working knowledge of integrations with other modules or external systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including solution design, functional specs, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Design and execute data migration strategies; perform data conversions from legacy systems using Fusion Data Migration tools.
  • Create and conduct test plans, user training sessions, and support change management initiatives.
  • Monitor Oracle SCM Cloud updates and recommend enhancements to improve business processes.
  • Ensure project milestones, resources, and deliverables are managed effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Strong domain expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Global Order Promising, Procurement, and Product Data Hub (PDH).
  • Specialized knowledge in Configure to Order (CTO) model.
  • Cross-functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, especially related to P2P (Procure to Pay) and O2C (Order to Cash) processes.
  • Sound understanding of accounting entries and their flow across SCM and Finance modules.
  • Proven ability to design and configure complex SCM solutions aligning with business and industry best practices.
  • Prior experience managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely execution.
  • Experience in handling Middle East clients/projects is an added advantage.
