Job Summary:

The Senior Fusion HCM Technical Consultant will lead the technical development and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. This role requires advanced technical skills, project management abilities, and the capability to mentor junior technical consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM applications using Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other tools.
• Design and implement integrations between Fusion HCM and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee the technical aspects of Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and support to end-users and functional consultants.
• Mentor and guide junior technical consultants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other Oracle development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
