Instead of deploying a custom networking stack, teams can now provision an on-demand private link directly through familiar cloud interfaces, while Oracle handles the underlying connectivity complexity.

- Security by Default: Traffic between AWS and OCI network devices is encrypted using industry-standard IEEE 802.1AE MACsec encryption, removing the need to build a custom security model for every connection.
- Coordinated Support: Because the service is a joint effort between Oracle and AWS, issues that affect cross-cloud traffic get coordinated engagement from both providers through standard support channels.
Where It’s Available
General availability starts with the OCI Ashburn and AWS US East (N. Virginia) region pair, with more OCI-AWS region pairs planned in the coming months.
