Oracle E-Business R12.1 Support has ended on Dec’21. Organizations that are still running an older version have already entered Oracle’s Sustaining Support. By transitioning to EBS 12.2, they can lock in Premier Support through at least December 2031. This will allow them to benefit from Oracle’s continuous innovation of the product, and to avail support until at least 2032.
