What are Chatbots?

Chatbots are computer programmed conversational interface which is incorporated on the website or mobile (app) platform to simulate a natural conversation with people in textual or auditory method.

Since inception, Chatbots went through many stages from where they currently stand, as smarter and intelligent interface. Intelligent bots are computer programs that leverage artificial intelligence to enable natural conversations with people.
